2 prenatal visits to prepare for labor and birth

Daytime
Daytime Support (4–6 hour shifts)
Perfect for extra hands during the day so you can rest, shower, or take a moment to reset while your baby is safely cared for. I’m there to support you in real time — not just the baby, but you too.
During our time together, I can:
Care for your baby so you can rest or step away
Support with feedings (breast or bottle)
Offer guidance on newborn care and recovery
Help you feel more confident in your routine
Provide a calm, steady presence in your home

Overnight
Overnight Support (8–10 hour shifts)
Rest matters — especially in those first weeks.
While you sleep, I:
Care for your baby throughout the night
Assist with feedings or bring baby to you
Soothe, settle, and support your baby back to sleep
Help create a calm, consistent nighttime routine
Make sure you’re getting the rest your body needs to recover
